I had eliminated high-interest credit card debt (24%!!!) some years back, got used to doing stuff in cash, was recently foolish enough to apply for a lower 
rate interest card 'cause I thought I needed a line of credit in my credit report in order to qualify for a mortgage down the road apiece. They gave me the card, with a 'way higher limit than I need or want--$2000! 

I have not made any charges on the card at all, and, after reading just a few chapters of your terrific program, I think I'm going to scissor up the card and
